Yes. We continue improving our products for better customer experience. It takes three simple steps to upgrade the software,
1. Select the software and download it to a SD card or USB up to 32 G.
2. Insert the SD card or USB into the digital photo frame and power on the digital photo frame.
3. For PF7005 and PF1005, a window will pop up and please select OK to confirm the upgrade and check the software version after upgrade.
4. For PF1501, please select Setting -> System -> System Update and press OK to confirm the upgrade.

This happens to non Wi-Fi digital photo frame (PF7005, PF1005, PF1501) only since the Wi-Fi mode can update software automatically.
Phone companies may use new coding methods in their latest phone mode. The photo taken by new phone looks the same but photo format may be different. The photo coded in new mode may result in decode error when it is displayed via digital photo frame.
When this happens, QPIX will upgrade the software of the digital photo frame and publish the latest software on QPIX website with new more features. The decode error can be solved via upgrading the software of digital photo frame. Here is step by step,
1. Select the correct software to match the digital photo frame and download it to a SD card or USB up to 32 G.
2. Insert the SD card or USB into the digital photo frame and power on the digital photo frame.
3. Select OK to confirm the upgrade and check the software version after upgrade.

Please check the photo or video files on computer whether the files are in correct format and undamaged.
If the photos or videos can play via computer, please check the technical specification of your digital photo frame and upgrade the digital photo frame software if necessary.

The warning mark is triggered when the internal memory of the film scanner is full. Please format the internal memory via computer or the scanner. Here is step by step of formatting the internal memory via computer,
1. Connect the scanner with computer via USB cable supplied.
2. Power on the scanner. Please select MSDC on the main menu of the scanner.
3. The screen of scanner will turn off and a driver marked NO NAME will appear on computer. That is the internal memory of the scanner.
4. Back up the files in NO NAME if required and format it.
